Persons providing maintenance of fire protection equipment must be certified. Our technicians are all Technical Specialists, certified by ASTTBC in up to 10 technical endorsements. Endorsements are then maintained through ongoing education, training and work experience.
Inspections of fire equipment should be performed at least once per month. Your Fire Safety Plan will have a complete description of the inspection requirements of your fire protection equipment.
Recharging of fire extinguishers is completed at our Abbotsford facility where the contents are replaced with new product and maintenance procedures are performed. A new inspection tag is attached to before the fire extinguisher is returned to you.
